OnTrac: ADHD Online Group Therapy Program for young people aged 12-17 years
OnTrac is a comprehensive, evidence-based online program designed to provide timely and accessible psychological support for adolescents and families. Delivered over six weeks in structured, online interactive group sessions, OnTrac consists of three expert-led modules, facilitated by a mental health professional. Each 2 hour session is conducted online, ensuring families in rural, regional, and metropolitan can access professional guidance from the comfort of their homes.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other proven psychological techniques, OnTrac equips teens with tools that are backed by research and tailored to the developmental needs of adolescents with ADHD.
