Secure Referral Management for Screening, Counselling & Group Therapy

Registering is quick and only needs to be completed once.

1. Enter your name, practice details, and preferred contact information.
2. Submit your registration.
3. You will immediately receive a verification email.
4. Click the verification link to activate your profile.

Once verified, your GP Portal login is fully active. You will not need to repeat this process again.

GP Registration

After verification, you can log in at any time using your secure credentials.

Inside the portal, you can:

• Refer patients for ADHD Screening
• Refer patients for Counselling
• Refer patients for Group Therapy programs
• Upload supporting documents
• View all patients linked to your practice
• Track referral progress and engagement
• Maintain shared care oversight
• Access updates (with patient consent)

The portal is designed to support continuity of care and reduce administrative load.

Log In to GP Portal

Once logged in:

1. Select “Refer a Patient”
2. Choose the service:
   • ADHD Screening
   • Counselling
   • Group Therapy
3. Enter the patient’s details
4. Upload any relevant documents (optional)
5. Submit the referral

Our team will contact the patient directly, complete intake, schedule appointments, and manage all communication. You can monitor the patient’s progress through your dashboard at any time.

Patients who prefer to self manage their referral can also lodge their own request through our Counselling Portal.
