We are delighted to introduce our upcoming 6-Week ADHD Peer Support Group, created to provide a supportive space for individuals (18–35 years old) with ADHD. This group offers an opportunity to connect with peers who share similar experiences while developing skills in organisation and emotional regulation. Benjamin is an experienced peer support facilitator with a background in psychology and a passion for creating safe, inclusive spaces for individuals to share and grow. He has led numerous peer support sessions for diverse groups, including neurodivergent individuals and those navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. With training in trauma-informed care, DBT fundamentals, and experience supporting individuals with ADHD, Benjamin brings both professional knowledge and empathy to his facilitation. His goal is to foster connection, encourage mutual support, and equip participants with practical skills to enhance their well-being.
Aim: Our ADHD Peer Support Group is designed to offer a supportive space where individuals with ADHD can connect, share experiences, and learn practical strategies for daily challenges. Each session provides time for open discussion and focuses on equipping participants with organisation and emotional regulation skills.
Duration: 6 sessions (2 hours each)
Group 1: Monday, 7:30–9:30 PM AEDT
Group 2: Wednesdays, 7:30–9:30 PM AEDT
Group Size: Maximum of 6 participants per group
Cost: Total $60 for 6 weekly sessions 2 hours per week.
