ADHD Facilitated Peer Support Group, empowering young adult minds through a supportive space for young adults (18–35 years old) with ADHD. This group offers an opportunity to connect with peers who share similar experiences while developing skills in organisation and emotional regulation. With a focus on community, personal growth, and practical strategies, our program aims to empower participants to navigate the unique challenges of ADHD.
The ADHD Foundation can only provide these services through the generosity of our community. All our services are only possible with the support and generosity of our community and 100% volunteer basis.

Benjamin is an experienced peer support facilitator with a background in psychology and a passion for creating safe, inclusive spaces for individuals to share and grow. He has led numerous peer support sessions for diverse groups, including neurodivergent individuals and those navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. With training in trauma-informed care, DBT fundamentals, and experience supporting individuals with ADHD, Benjamin brings both professional knowledge and empathy to his facilitation. His goal is to foster connection, encourage mutual support, and equip participants with practical skills to enhance their well-being.
We hope to develop a Peer Support Group for 35+ in the future. However, as the ADHD Foundation does not receive any government or regular funding, we rely on donations to run our programs and the support of passionate volunteers to facilitate our online programs.
